Pre-K! Program (4 & 5 year olds)
This Program has been designed for children who will be entering Kindergarten during the next school year. Children should be 4 years old by December 1st.
Students attend five sessions per week. There is a morning (9-11:30 am) and afternoon session (12:30-3:00 pm).
The Pre-K Program is focused on providing our children an opportunity to develop their social, emotional, cognitive and physical skills. These skills will enhance self-esteem and set the foundation for successful learning in any environment and will ease the transition into Kindergarten routines. Every day we will be involved in a variety of activities. Some activities are teacher-directed and others are child-directed. The instruction is hands-on, allowing each child to experiment and explore. The day is divided into Large Group Time, Small Group Time, Free Choice Time, Snack and Large Muscle Time.
